  • Please make and manage your appointment online. We prefer not take appointments on the phone.

  • Make sure you are booking correct service(s). Please avoid booking multiple services if you don’t need it. Booked time(s)/service(s)/fee(s) can not be changed at the time of the service.

Cancellation Policy

  • We are mainly operating by appointment. However we understand that children can be unpredictable, so if you cancel in advance we will credit your next cut within 60 days. If you prefer to walk-in we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • Rescheduling or cancellation requires at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.

  • If you are running late please give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate you.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late or no-show, we can’t refund or credit your deposit as we paid the stylist to be here for you.
